Your return is handled within 14 days from the day we receive it, you will receive a confirmation via email when we have handled your return. The return is then also registered directly with Klarna/Paypal, so you can also follow the status of your return by logging into your account at Klarna or Paypal.
Depending on which shipping method you choose for your return, it can take up to a week until we receive your order. If the shipment does not have sufficient postage, the shipping service provider will most likely return it to the sender.
Contact customer service if you have not received a confirmation email after 14 days, perhaps there was an error in your email address which means that the email did not arrive. If you have sent the return trackable, please send with which shipping company and tracking number the package was sent.
