MICRO-USB
Micro-USB is still one of the most common types of connection on cables that are used both to charge the phone and to transfer data between the device and e.g. a computer.
USB-C/USB TYPE C
USB Type-C is the name of the new type of connector that arrived in 2014. It is found in newer phones, but also other devices such as laptops. The advantage of the USB C connector is that it is reversible and can transfer in both directions. It can also transfer film, sound and power at high speed.
LIGHTNING
Lightning is Apple's proprietary interface that was presented at the same time as the iPhone 5 in 2012. The Lightning connector has since been standard in Apple products such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod. However, some of the newer iPads have received the USB-C connector.
