With us at PhoneLife, you always have a 30-day right of return, counted from the day you received the item. You can therefore return your item to us without any reason and get your money back. However, in order to return your purchase, the product must be in unaltered condition and packaging and labels must be undamaged, in the same condition as when you received the product or products. The packaging for the product must also be returned for the return to be approved. If the item is not in unchanged condition, PhoneLife has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the item's original value from the return amount. Unfortunately, PhoneLife does not offer pre-paid return slips for return purchases, you as a customer decide how your return is sent and you are responsible for it reaching us.
Products and product categories that, for reasons of hygiene, are exempt from the right of withdrawal, if the seal is broken:
- All types of in-ear headphones (i.e. headphones that are placed inside the ear)
- With the above similar or comparable products

Below you will find the shipping methods that we recommend you use when sending your return to us.
We recommend that you send your goods back to us using one of the shipping options offered by Deutsche Post DHL.
You have the option of sending your return as a simple parcel. Would you like to send the return with the option to track the shipment instead? In both cases, use one of the shipping options with Deutsche Post DHL. All information about shipping goods with Deutsche Post DHL can be found under the following link: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden.html.
You also have the option of creating shipping labels from the comfort of your own home without having to visit a post office. To do this, use DHL online stamps.
Don't have access to a printer? No problem! At DHL you also have the option of creating the shipping label in the form of a digital QR code. You can then have the physical shipping label printed out at a post office, in a DHL parcel shop or at a DHL packing station.
In order for us to process your return, we need your name and order number. Please include a note with your name and order number in the package. Alternatively, you can of course also write your sender name and address as normal in the fields provided on the sending label. If you fill this out by hand, please make sure that the name and address are legible so that we can allocate your return accordingly.
We will notify you by email when we have processed your return. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received with your purchase.
Once your return has been processed, we will refund you via the payment method you used to pay. If you have not paid your invoice, the invoice will be canceled once the return has been processed. How long it takes for the money to be refunded may vary depending on the payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process your return after we receive it. But normally it's much quicker. If you have not received confirmation that we have processed your return after 14 days, please feel free to contact our customer service by email and we will help you further.
