Orders sent by registered mail can be tracked throughout the shipping process. To enable you to track your shipment, we will send a tracking link to the e-mail address provided. The sender of the e-mail is Deutsche Post. You will also find your tracking number in the delivery notification that is sent to you after your order has been dispatched. Enter your tracking number in the Deutsche Post tracking service to view the status of the delivery or simply click on the tracking link that you will find in your shipping confirmation.
If you have the Deutsche Post DHL app installed on your cell phone, trackable parcels are automatically displayed there so that you are notified when the shipment has been delivered to you and is ready for collection.
Smaller orders are automatically sent as free letters if the shipping option with tracking is not selected at checkout. These orders cannot be tracked during the shipping process, but should be delivered directly to your letterbox by Deutsche Post within 2-3 working days.
